How are your products made?
By hand, in our workshop, in Pechbonnieu, a small village near Toulouse.
We use perfumes designed for us and made in Grasse, the capital of perfumery.
What kind of wax do you use?
We use a mineral-vegetable blend. Our wax, as much as our perfumes, is our pride. This wax blend is also the choice made by all high-end brands because it meets two essential criteria:
1/ a clean, non-toxic combustion and progressive consumption..
2/ a diffusion of the perfume when the candle is lit and its conservation when it is unlit.
As a result, the candle maintains an intense fragrance throughout its lifetime.
Delivery
When will I receive my order ?
Packages are usually shipped the same day after receiving your payment.
The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo (a French post office service), delivered without signature.
Delivery against signature is also available.
Whatever the chosen mode of shipping, we send you an email with a link to track your package.
My order should have arrived now, but I still do not have it.
What should I do ?
Before contacting us, help us by doing the following:
1/ Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the shipping address.
2/ Ask your local post office if they have your package.
If the delivery address was correct and the package was not left at the post office, contact us at info@prodige.eu with your order number.
If you find an error in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your expense.
I received a defective / damaged product, what should I do?
We are really sorry if the product you ordered has arrived damaged. So that we can solve this problem quickly, please send us an e-mail to info@prodige.eu within one week, with pictures of the damaged product, your order number and any other details of your order. We will contact you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What is your return policy?
We do not offer a return or exchange, but if your order has a problem, please let us know by contacting us at info@prodige.eu.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available to customers who receive damaged items.
If any of these situations apply, please contact us at info@prodige.eu with photos of damaged items and we will take care of them.
